Position Overview:
Hole Landscaping Incorporated is seeking an experienced, hands-on Working Foreman/Team Lead to oversee on-site landscape construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing 1–2 employees while actively participating in the construction of retaining walls, paver patios, septic system installations, grading, and excavating projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily operations on-site to ensure project completion.
- Operate heavy equipment, including excavators, skid steers, and loaders.
- Mentor employees on site and provide hands on training to junior employees on-site.
- Perform manual labor, including the use of hand tools and heavy lifting as required.
- Estimate necessary supplies, aggregates, and products as requiredfor each job site.
- Maintain accountability for team productivity and site safety.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in excavation, hardscaping, and general construction.
- Experience leading and supervising crews in the construction industry.
- Technical proficiency in grading, drainage, retaining walls, and interlocking pavers.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Valid G License (DZ, ARZ, or AZ designations are considered a significant asset).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00-$34.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
