We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and fast-learning Service Advisor to join our team. You will play a key role in assisting customers, managing service appointments, and ensuring that our clients' needs are met with care and professionalism.Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with their service needs
- Schedule appointments and coordinate service work with technicians
- Provide accurate estimates and keep customers informed throughout the repair process
- Address customer concerns and handle inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
- Maintain an organized service area and assist with general office tasks as needed
- Upsell services and products when appropriate
- Order parts
Requirements:
- A positive attitude and a passion for professional customer service
- Must be a fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with customers and the team
- Experience is not required, but it is a bonus
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Dependable and punctual
