Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Lawn Maintenance Technician to join our landscaping team. This role involves maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces through various landscaping and horticultural tasks. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gardening, landscape maintenance, and working outdoors, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a safe and efficient manner.
Duties
- Weed trimming lawns to ensure a neat appearance - minimum 3 days a week
- Pruning trees, shrubs, and other plants to maintain landscape aesthetics
- Performing general gardening tasks including mulching
- Conducting routine maintenance on equipment and tools to ensure proper functioning
- Ensuring safety protocols are followed during all operations
Requirements
- Prior experience with landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture is preferred
- Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools are advantageous
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license preferred for equipment operation or transportation needs

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
