- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices

- Ensure food is cooked to the correct temperature and presented attractively
- Monitor food stock levels and communicate any shortages to the kitchen manager
- Clean and maintain workstations and equipment to ensure a safe and sanitary kitchen environment
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient meal preparation
- Assist with food service tasks as needed, such as plating dishes or garnishing plates

- Strong knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
