Dhanoa Enterprises Inc. is a growing North American transportation company based in Calgary, AB. We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. Must have Experience in the trucking industry.
Responsibilities
- Process payroll.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and organize company invoices.
- Process owner-operator settlements.
- Verify driver paperwork, trip sheets, fuel receipts, and expense reports.
- Maintain driver files and company records.
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
- Assist with bookkeeping and accounting using accounting software.
- Prepare reports for management.
- Coordinate with drivers regarding payroll, deductions, advances, and documentation.
- Handle permit, insurance, and other administrative paperwork as required.
- General office administration and filing.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or payroll experience.
- Must have Experience in the trucking industry.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
