What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests with a genuine, upbeat attitude and make them feel at home
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems
- Serve meals and drinks efficiently while keeping things relaxed and personable
- Handle payments and cash transactions with accuracy
- Suggest menu items and daily features to enhance the guest experience
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation
- Work closely with kitchen and hotel staff to ensure smooth service
- Keep the dining area clean, organized, and inviting
- Manage multiple tables while staying calm and friendly during busy times
- Address guest questions or concerns in a helpful, professional manner
What We’re Looking For
- Previous restaurant experience is an asset, but we’re happy to train the right person
- Strong customer service skills and a naturally friendly personality
- Comfort working in a casual but professional hotel environment
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of POS systems (Toast is a bonus)
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
