Wildscape Landscaping is looking for an experienced Hardscape Specialist to join our growing team. If you're confident operating equipment, enjoy building with precision, and want to work with a team that values craftsmanship, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Safely and confidently operate excavators, skid steers, compactors, and other landscape equipment
- Build retaining walls, patios, walkways, stairs, and other hardscape features to a high standard
- Install irrigation systems and assist with landscape construction projects
- Read plans and layouts to ensure projects are completed accurately
- Coordinate daily tasks and help keep projects running efficiently and on schedule
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Work closely with the crew to deliver exceptional results for our clients
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in landscape construction or hardscaping
- Experience operating excavators and other landscape equipment
- Strong knowledge of retaining wall and patio construction techniques
- Ability to work independently and lead by example on site
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence (air brakes or trailer experience is an asset)
- Reliable, hardworking, and committed to quality workmanship
