We are looking for an experienced and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing current client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and focusing on long-term retention and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Order & Quote Management: Accurately enter and audit incoming customer orders and quote requests, ensuring meticulous attention to technical details, specifications and timelines.
- Production & Sales Liaison: Act as the primary bridge between the Sales department and production teams (Graphics, Estimating, and Production); ensure clear communication of client expectations and technical requirements to minimize friction and lead times.
- Sales & Management Support: Provide direct administrative and operational support to both the Sales and Management teams, assisting with project tracking, reporting, and the fulfillment of urgent client requests.
- Account Support & Retention: Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly, focusing on maintaining high service standards to ensure long-term account retention.
- Customer Advocacy: Act as a dedicated resource for clients by thoroughly understanding their project requirements, identifying potential production hurdles early, and providing expert guidance to ensure the final product meets all functional and aesthetic needs.
- Proactive Problem Resolution: Identify customer needs in advance and provide accurate information and effective solutions to maintain a seamless, high-quality service experience.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with internal departments to streamline workflows between the front office and the production floor to improve overall service delivery.

You must maintain high proficiency and sharp attention to detail across all projects simultaneously, ensuring that all technical specifications are correctly identified and verified while effectively managing multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- Adaptive Problem-Solving: Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment where priorities can shift rapidly. You can pivot between tasks without losing accuracy or composure.
- Self-Driven Organization: A proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently and take the lead on tasks that need to be addressed. You possess the professional discipline to remain highly organized while managing and tracking multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all details are followed through to completion and nothing slips through the cracks.
- Language Proficiency: Exceptional proficiency in English across all areas, including reading, writing, listening, and speaking, is essential for ensuring technical accuracy and effective team collaboration. For applicants whose primary language is not English, a current English language proficiency test result is required and should be included with the resume and cover letter upon application.
- Industry Knowledge (Asset): Prior experience in commercial print or a strong grasp of industry terminology is a significant advantage.

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
