We are a professional medical cosmetic clinic located in North York, conveniently at the Sheppard/ Leslie intersection. We offer a full range of medical and cosmetic treatments, using industry leading laser technologies, headed by very experienced medical staff..
We are looking for professional either a Medical-Esthetician or Esthetician background with good management skills, knowledgeable in skin care and advanced facial treatments. Must be willing to learn new techniques and be a part of an exciting spa concept.
Hours : Tue/ Thur 12 PM - 6PM + 1 Sat per month. More hours can be added as booking progress
Daily Tasks Include:
- Professionally Greet and communicate with clients and team members in a professional and friendly manner
- Great sales techniques, ability to sell, upgrade services and sell home-care
- Must perform all skin care treatments within the allotted time
- Prepare, clean up and maintain treatment area and overall clinic maintenance
- Assess client skin condition and determine appropriate treatment in response to client concerns
- Accurately document charts and update clients profiles after treatments
- Provide general information to clients on Clinic services and skin care products
- Stock, clean and prepare treatment rooms
- Maintaining equipment and following safety measures
- Responsible for building strong retention of the salon and clinic clients base.
- Learn all product application techniques and benefits of all products sold and used in the salon.
- Prepare rooms and stations for various services.
- Assist with the organization of inventory orders.
- Maintain cleanliness of individual and general work areas including cleaning and sterilizing treatment rooms, stations, and equipment. Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the clinic’s policies and procedures.
- Track client progress and maintain complete and accurate Clients files.
- Restock all products and supplies and notify Management of low stock.
Qualification
- Degree/Diploma/Certification with a Medical Aesthetics school/ Laser Technician
- At least 2 years work experience in the medical cosmetic industry Both theoretical knowledge and practical experience with Soprano XLI, Ice platinum, Harmony XL pro, Laser, RF
- Experience in Chemical Peel and facial procedures, Facial, Peels, Laser Treatments (Soprano XLi, Ice, Platinum, & Nd: YAG Laser), Radiofrequency treatment, Acne treatment, antiaging, pigmentation procedures.
- Experience with client consultations and sales with an excellent closing ratio
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate clients and clinic needs (morning, evenings, weekends).
- We offer flexible work schedule, and commissions on sales.

- Charismatic and able to educate and empower clients to make positive and appropriate choices
- Diploma/Certificate in Esthetics from a recognized Canadian school (Preferred)
