Summary
The Supply Chain Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the execution of Enercare's Supply Chain strategy through data-driven analysis, operational execution, supplier management, and cross-functional project support. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and business partners to drive process excellence, support sourcing activities, optimize operational performance, and deliver continuous improvement initiatives.
This position requires a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and business-curious individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with complex datasets, managing multiple priorities simultaneously, and building collaborative relationships across the organization. The role operates at strategic, operational, and project levels, supporting process optimization, supplier performance management, operational reporting, value engineering, value stream mapping, and business transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Customer MasterCard fulfillment activities, including receipt of finalization reports, assembling uploads, monitoring status, and ensuring timely completion.
- Administer corporate MasterCard programs, including card requests, issuance, modifications, cancellations, and user support.
- Monitor card usage and spending patterns to ensure compliance with company policies and controls.
- Investigate discrepancies, exceptions, and escalations while driving corrective actions with internal teams, financial institutions, and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate program documentation and reporting.
- Extract, cleanse, validate, and analyze data from multiple systems and sources.
- Develop and maintain operational reports, dashboards, KPIs, and scorecards to support Supply Chain decision-making.
- Perform detailed data verification, reconciliation, and root cause analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Support forecasting, inventory analysis, spend analysis, supplier performance measurement, and operational planning activities.
- Participate in value stream mapping, process audits, and process redesign activities.
- Assist in developing and implementing standard operating procedures, operational tools, and best practices.
- Support supplier sourcing, qualification, onboarding, and development activities.
- Assist with vendor performance management programs, including KPI tracking and supplier scorecards.
- Support contract administration activities, supplier negotiations, and compliance monitoring.
- Assist in the preparation, review, and execution of supplier agreements and commercial documentation.
- Manage project plans, action logs, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
- Prepare professional presentations, reports, business cases, and executive updates using Microsoft Office applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Operations Management, Analytics, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Analytics, or a related business function.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data manipulation.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with moderate direction and supervision.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar platforms).
- Experience with supplier management, sourcing, procurement, or contract administration.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
