Headquartered in Grimsby, Ontario, the company operates throughout Ontario, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Prince Edward Island, and continues to expand into new regions.

The Position
The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented and highly organized Invoice Clerk. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for accurately preparing, processing and tracking invoices while ensuring all billing information is complete and compliant with company policies.
Role and Responsibilities:

Generate/review invoices and enter into software (Quickbooks)

Review customer portals (online) for open tickets to be invoiced or for follow up (eg. call backs/waiting on parts)

Prepare and send invoices to customers (via email or customer portal)

Review weekly employee timesheets for accuracy using work orders and GPS system to verify hours and details

Other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum 1-3 years experience in an Administrative or similar position

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

Team player with the ability to communicate and collaborate with others

Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi task

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Willingness to learn new skills and software

Ability to work Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work shifts between 8:00am - 4:00pm
