Join a Growing Litigation Practice
Walia Law Group is seeking an ambitious Associate Lawyer to join our Calgary office.
This is a commission/fee-split position designed for lawyers who want to maximize their earning potential rather than be limited by a fixed salary. We are looking for a motivated litigator with experience in civil litigation, personal injury/motor vehicle claims, and/or family law who is eager to build and grow their practice.
Lawyers who bring in their own clients will have the opportunity to earn an enhanced fee split.
Requirements:
- Member in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta.
- Minimum 2 years of litigation experience.
- Experience in civil litigation and/or family law (personal injury and motor vehicle claims are considered strong assets).
- Strong interpersonal, advocacy, and file management skills.
- Ability to work primarily from our Calgary office.
