We are looking to hire a part time ~4 days/week treatment coordinator.
Role: The treatment coordinator assists the orthodontist getting new patients started with orthodontic treatment. Responsibilities include: Gathering all information for the new patient, presenting the patient to the orthodontist, reviewing treatment recommendations with the patient, presenting financials, setting up financials for the patient, coordinating next appointments.
Qualifications: Minimum 2 year Ortho experience is REQUIRED (RDA orthodontic module preferred).
