We’re looking for reliable Line and Prep Cooks to join a fast-paced kitchen and help keep things running smoothly. The Role:
We’re looking for reliable Line and Prep Cooks to join a fast-paced kitchen and support daily service through both precise execution and strong organization. This role involves working closely with the kitchen leadership team to prepare ingredients, maintain clean and efficient stations, and execute dishes with consistency, speed, and attention to detail. From behind-the-scenes prep to working the line during service, you’ll play a key part in upholding quality standards and ensuring every plate meets expectations while contributing to a positive, team-driven kitchen environment.
You will:
- Support the kitchen team in delivering a seamless, efficient service environment
- Ensure consistent execution of food quality, presentation, and standards across all service periods
- Maintain organized, clean, and properly stocked stations to support smooth service
- Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation regulations with diligence and consistency
Your Responsibilities:
Kitchen Operations & Execution
- Support smooth day-to-day kitchen operations during prep and service
- Ensure consistent execution of recipes, prep standards, and portioning
- Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked stations throughout service
- Follow kitchen systems and procedures to support efficient workflow
Food Quality & Service Support
- Execute food items with consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and timing
- Support the team during service to ensure a smooth and efficient guest experience
- Communicate any issues with product quality or ticket flow to the kitchen leadership team
Compliance & Standards
- Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times
- Follow proper food handling, storage, and labelling procedures
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment before, during, and after service
- Support overall kitchen standards and consistency through disciplined execution

What You Bring:
- 1–2+ years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on food quality, consistency, and execution
- Basic understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, and sanitation standards
- A positive, team-first attitude with good communication skills
- Ability to stay organized and perform under pressure during busy service periods
- A genuine interest in food, hospitality, and learning in a professional kitchen
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
