We are seeking an experienced and reliable Commercial HVAC Technician to install, service, maintain, and troubleshoot commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, safety-focused, and capable of working independently on commercial sites while delivering high-quality workmanship and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC equipment including RTUs, split systems, boilers, chillers, makeup air units, computer rooms air conditioning units and exhaust systems
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and perform repairs
- Perform preventative maintenance according to manufacturer and company standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Ensure all work complies with applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Communicate clearly with clients, supervisors, and project managers
- Complete service reports and documentation accurately and on time
- Participate in on-call rotation as required
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in good condition
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years experience as a Commercial HVAC Technician
- Valid G2/G1 Gas License (or equivalent, depending on jurisdiction)
- ODP Certification
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
