What You’ll Do:
- Perform concrete placing, finishing, cutting, curing, and sealing.
- Operate power trowels, grinders, and other finishing tools and equipment
- Read site plans and follow detailed finishing instructions
- Work as part of a crew to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results
- Maintain site safety and cleanliness standards
- Take pride in your craft and help uphold the company's high standards

What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of concrete finishing experience (power trowel, float, cure, etc.)
- Ability to read site plans and follow instructions accurately
- A reliable worker with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Safety-minded and comfortable working on active construction sites
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Willingness to grow with a company that values hard work and team spirit

Safety hazards can be but not limited to loud noise, seasonal temperature extremes, precipitation, heavy lifting, exposure to chemicals and electrical equipment.
