Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and productivity;
-Support the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve store targets;
-Supervise, train, and motivate retail staff to deliver excellent customer service;
-Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and merchandising standards;
-Ensure the store maintains high standards of cleanliness, organization, and product presentation;
-Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalated issues professionally;
-Assist with staff scheduling, inventory management, and stock replenishment;
-Analyze sales reports and customer trends to identify opportunities for improvement;
-Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures;
Qualifications:
-Minimum 3–5 years of retail experience, preferably in a grocery or supermarket environment;
-Previous store management or assistant management experience preferred;
-Strong leadership and team management skills;
-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
-Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills;
-Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment;
-Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese);

* 確保門店遵守公司政策及各項營運程序；
任職要求:
* 具備最少 3–5 年零售工作經驗，具超市或食品零售行業經驗者優先；
* 曾擔任店舖管理或副店長等管理職位者優先考慮；
* 具備良好的領導能力及團隊管理經驗；
* 擁有優秀的溝通技巧及人際交往能力；
* 以顧客為本，具備良好的問題分析及解決能力；
* 能適應節奏快速的零售工作環境；
* 能操流利英語及中文（普通話及／或廣東話）。
