Private Personal Assistant & Household Coordinator (Part-Time) in the private household sector.

The
Private Personal Assistant & Household Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative, household coordination, research, technology, and personal support services. This position will begin at approximately two days a week, with the opportunity for additional hours and responsibilities as the relationship develops and trust is established.
Personal Assistant Responsibilities
- Conduct research on products, services, vendors, and general information requests
- Coordinate appointments, bookings, and household service providers
- Assist with technology-related issues, including phones, printers, computers, and general troubleshooting
- Manage administrative tasks, correspondence, filing, and organization as directed
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers as required
- Assist with errands and special projects
- Anticipate needs and provide proactive support while respecting personal boundaries
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Provide general household and lifestyle support as needs evolve
The Successful Candidate Has
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant supporting an individual, family, executive, or private household
- Strong administrative, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent technology skills and confidence troubleshooting common devices and applications
- Exceptional discretion, professionalism, and trustworthiness
- A flexible, adaptable, "Jill-of-all-trades" approach to supporting a wide range of needs
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, confident, and respectful personality
- Willingness to complete a criminal record check and professional reference checks
- Must be able to work on-site in West Edmonton
- Must be committed exclusively to this position and available to provide consistent, long-term support
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
