We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Interior & Exterior Painter with a minimum of 7 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate takes pride in precision work, delivers consistently high-quality finishes, and brings strong technical ability across a range of residential and commercial painting projects.
Key ResponsibilitieS
- Prepare surfaces for painting (sanding, scraping, patching, caulking, priming)
- Perform free-hand cutting in with clean, sharp lines (no tape required where applicable)
- Apply paints, stains, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
- Complete both interior and exterior painting projects to a professional standard
- Conduct drywall repairs, including patching holes and surface restoration
- Execute detailed caulking for finishing and sealing
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Accurately estimate materials and timelines
- Follow all safety procedures and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of professional painting experience
- Demonstrated expertise in free-hand cutting in
- Strong experience with caulking and drywall repair
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality interior and exterior finishes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Assets (Preferred but Not Required)
- Experience with popcorn ceiling removal
- Experience with spray painting and specialty finishes
- Working at heights certification
- Basic carpentry skills
