As a CPE or Industrial Network and Telecommunications Technician, you will actively contribute to the various stages of significant projects.

- Design, install and maintain IT/OT infrastructures (networking, servers, virtualization, wireless)
- Identify client needs for new business opportunities and ongoing projects
- Establish project scopes and draft proposals
- Serve as a technical reference on the team
- Prepare blog articles, technical papers or other documents to promote the firm
- Lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals
- Draft technical reports and recommendations
- Serve as an ambassador for the team to other departments
- Lead and coordinate technical teams to ensure project success
- Develop and maintain lasting relationships with clients while meeting their high expectations
- Use your professional network to generate business opportunities
- Promote BBA services to potential client

Summary of certifications and job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or any other relevant field
- One to three years of experience in one or more of the following areas: networking, telecommunications, virtualization, server administration
- Advanced English skills to facilitate collaboration with other BBA offices and/or clients in English-speaking Canadian provinces and internationally; you may need to use English occasionally or daily, depending on current projects
- Advanced French skills to facilitate collaboration with other BBA offices and/or clients in Québec
- Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
- Experience with network equipment (Cisco, Fortinet, HP, Aruba, etc.)
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies (ESXi, VMware, Hyper-V, etc.)
- knowledge of Windows and/or Linux environments
- Asset: interest in fiber‑optic technologies and structured cabling
- Asset: technical certifications (CCNA, NSE, etc.)
