Key Responsibilities:
- Perform lawn maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, and pruning.
- Plant flowers, shrubs, trees, and other greenery.
- Install hardscaping features like walkways, patios, and retaining walls.
- Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality work.
Qualifications:
- Previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience is preferred.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of plants, trees, and lawn care techniques.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor.
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
- Good communication skills and a customer-service oriented mindset.
Schedule:
Flexible shifts, including weekdays and weekends.
Compensation:
