Summary
'We are seeking a friendly and experienced Bartender to join our team at The WORKS Gourmet Burger Bistro in Canada. In this role, you will craft drinks, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to a vibrant dining experience that reflects our commitment to quality and community.'
Role responsibility (server & bartender)
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes
Verify guest age and ensure responsible alcohol service (Smart Serve compliance)
Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and stock levels
Handle cash, POS transactions, and bar orders accurately
Monitor guest alcohol consumption and act responsibly when needed
Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming dining experience
Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
Serve burgers, sides, and drinks promptly and professionally
Check on guests during meals to ensure satisfaction
Handle guest concerns, feedback, and basic service recovery when require.
Clean tables, bar area, service stations, and dining area
Wash glassware and assist with dishwashing as needed
Follow daily, weekly, and closing cleaning checklists
Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.60 per hour
