Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. Duties
- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to recipes and presentation standards
- Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency
- Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients
- Ensure all food handling procedures adhere to safety regulations and sanitation standards
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts
- Support the team during busy service periods by managing multiple orders simultaneously
- Follow all food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of guests and staff
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth kitchen operations
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service is required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen safety protocols
- Experience with meal preparation, food handling, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Food safe certification is required
