Job Title: Oilfield Swamper

AMA Energy Rentals is seeking hardworking, safety-conscious Swampers to join our oilfield operations team in Alberta. This is a physically demanding role that supports bed truck and equipment operators in the field. If you’re reliable, motivated, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
● Assist bed truck operators with loading, unloading, and securing oilfield equipment.
● Guide operators during backing and positioning of trucks and equipment.
● Handle rigging, chaining, and proper securement of loads.
● Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
● Follow all company safety policies and procedures at all times.
● Communicate effectively with drivers, dispatch, and site personnel.
● Perform general labour duties as required.
Qualifications:
● Previous oilfield or labour experience is an asset.
● Valid driver’s licence (Class 5 minimum preferred).
● Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions.
● Strong awareness of safety practices and procedures.
● Current safety tickets (H2S Alive, First Aid, CSO) are considered an asset.
● Ability to work long hours, including weekends and on-call shifts.
● Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment.
