Overview
We are seeking a skilled Offset Ryobi Press Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role involves operating and maintaining offset printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments, and familiarity with packaging and machining processes.
Responsibilities
- Operate Offset Ryobi printing presses with precision, ensuring consistent quality throughout production runs
- Perform routine setup, calibration, and adjustments to optimize print output
- Monitor press operation, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and perform minor repairs as needed
- Conduct quality checks on printed materials to verify color accuracy, registration, and overall print quality
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to comply with safety standards
- Assist with material handling, including loading raw materials and packaging finished products
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency
- Document production data accurately for quality control and reporting purposes
Experience
- Prior experience operating offset printing presses, specifically Ryobi models, is preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to press operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Experience in manufacturing environments with exposure to packaging, machining, or warehouse operations is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to work in production settings while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic understanding of safety protocols related to manufacturing equipment and processes
