Candidate Profile
We are seeking highly motivated and diligent individuals in the Thunder Bay area to assume the role of Window Cleaning Technicians for projects we have in Northern Ontario. These positions are offered as seasonal casual employment.
Commercial Technicians typically work in crews under the direction of a supervisor or independently. While the predominant cleaning method utilizes a water-fed pole system, the role also requires the use of ladders, the operation of small engine equipment such as pressure washers, and the maintenance of water purification systems. Performance expectations are high, necessitating that Technicians adhere to rigorous health and safety and clean window standards to meet client requirements.
Compensation
The starting wage is $24 per hour, transitioning to a commission-based structure upon the demonstration of full competency.
Key Responsibilities
The daily duties associated with this position include:
- Cultivating a positive and professional experience for customers, team members and the public.
- Executing commercial property window cleaning as part of a small team, or as an idividual utilizing water-fed poles for exteriors and traditional scrub brushes and squeegees for interiors.
- Implementing and dismantling control zones, ladders, and other necessary equipment.
To perform this role effectively, applicants must be physically fit, capable of ascending ladders, comfortable working at heights, and able to lift to 80 lbs.

Mandatory Applicant Prerequisites:
- Possession of a Class 5 Driver’s License.
- Able to work in Canada without sponsorship.
- Attainment of Standard First Aid certification within 30 days of the commencement of employment.
Pay: $24.00-$34.00 per hour
