As a Barista, you'll be at the heart of the guest experience. You'll spend your days connecting with guests, crafting exceptional beverages, maintaining a welcoming cafe environment, and working alongside a team that believes every interaction matters. Whether you're steaming milk, sharing a recommendation, or brightening someone's day with a smile, you'll help create the moments that keep people coming back.
What You’ll Do
- Create memorable experiences for every Guest who walks through our doors.
- Prepare coffee, espresso-based beverages, and menu items to Empty Cup standards.
- Build genuine connections with Guests and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked cafe environment.
- Accurately process orders and payments through our point-of-sale system.
- Support your teammates during busy periods and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Learn and continuously develop your coffee, hospitality, and service skills.
- Help bring our values to life through every interaction, every drink, and every shift.

- Previous coffee or hospitality experience is an asset, but not required - we can teach the craft.
