ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a passionate, skilled nail technician to join our team. You'll deliver exceptional manicure and pedicure services in a supportive environment where quality craftsmanship and genuine client care are at the heart of everything we do. Flexible scheduling is available and we welcome applicants who are students or seeking summer employment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Provide high-quality manicures and pedicures, including nail prep, shaping, cuticle care, and polish application based on client preferences
- Apply artificial nails and recommend nail designs, nail art, and treatments suited to each client
- Evaluate nail condition and advise clients on appropriate nail care and maintenance
- Deliver attentive customer service starting from the moment a client arrives
- Promote nail services and treatments to encourage repeat business
- Provide quality hand and foot massages as part of service
- Follow all sanitization and disinfection protocols — tools and equipment must be sanitized before every use
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation throughout each shift
- Assist colleagues with client preparation before appointments as needed
- Answer phone calls and assist with booking reservations
- Participate in end-of-day salon cleaning
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proficiency in nail care techniques including manicures, pedicures, and artificial nail application
- Strong sanitation practices and attention to hygiene protocols
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with a genuine focus on client satisfaction
- Ability to work comfortably and attentively with clients across all demographics, including seniors
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and attention to detail
- Proficient in English; ability to speak Vietnamese is a strong asset
- Familiarity with online booking platforms or willingness to learn
- Background in retail or sales is a plus
ADDITIONAL ASSETS
- Experience in waxing, laser, or facial services
- Active and engaged social media presence in the beauty or nail space
