Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive, professional food and beverage service to guests
- Take orders and deliver food and drinks efficiently and accurately
- Ensure tables and service areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
- Work collaboratively with bartenders, kitchen staff, and event teams
- Assist with event setup, service execution, and teardown
- Maintain high standards of service aligned with event expectations
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must be 19+ (Nova Scotia legal age for alcohol service environments)

Valid Serve Right Certification (Nova Scotia) required

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Previous serving experience in restaurants, events, or banquet settings preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
