South East Ventilation Ltd. o/a South East Mechanical is growing. Known for delivering top-tier mechanical services across Manitoba, we are looking to add a reliable Delivery Driver & Warehouse Support team member to help keep our plumbing projects moving efficiently.
This is a full-time position with consistent hours, strong internal support, and a workplace where organization, reliability, and accountability are truly valued.
Position Overview
The Delivery Driver & Warehouse Support role is responsible for transporting tools, equipment, and materials between suppliers, our warehouse, and active project sites across Manitoba.
When deliveries are not required, this role plays a key part in maintaining an organized, functional warehouse, ensuring materials and tools are returned to their proper locations, and assisting with preparing delivery orders in coordination with Project Managers.
This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping things organized, running smoothly, and done properly.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery & Transport
- Safely transport tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites and suppliers
- Load and unload company vehicles (trucks and vans)
- Ensure deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule
Warehouse & Shop Support
- Maintain organization of the warehouse and storage areas
- Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are returned to their designated locations
- Reorganize storage areas as materials and equipment rotate in and out
- Assist Project Managers with preparing delivery orders for upcoming site needs
- Keep the warehouse clean and orderly, including taking out trash and general upkeep
- Support accountability by helping ensure inventory and tools are tracked and cared for
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Experience as a delivery driver is an asset, but not required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable lifting and moving materials up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work independently and follow direction
- Willingness to travel within Manitoba
- Pride in keeping spaces organized and functional
