Job Description
D'Angelo and Sons is a company that is founded on blending the personalized service of a small, family-owned business with the professionalism and high standards of a larger company. We are always looking for candidates to fill service technician positions. Candidates must have experience which includes roofing, replacing windows/doors, siding, eavestrough and leafguards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehension of the homeowner’s contractual agreement
- Diagnose Installation issues
- Assessing viable solutions to said issues
- Accurately drafting a fixed timeline of when the issue will be resolved
- Repair faulty installations
- Maintaining exceptionally high standards of customer contact and service overall as the primary liaison between the company and its customers
- Ensuring safety compliance on all installations
Job Requirements:
- 2-3 years of Field Service experience (roofing, siding, aluminum, window/door repairs)
- A polished and professional demeanour - This is a high-level customer service position as well.
- Professionalism is VERY important.
- Self-motivation and discipline

The Field Service Technician is expected to work a Monday to Friday schedule. However, there may be some additional hours if there are unexpected issues with weather, etc and the individual may or may not need to be available for work on weekends.

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
