We’re Hiring: Administrator
Location: Back On Track Physiotherapy- Richmond Clinic in Ottawa, Ontario
In-Clinic Role | Paid Position $18/hour
Schedule: Mondays 4-6pm, Wednesdays 4-6pm, Fridays 10am to 4pm.
Are you organized, friendly, and passionate about helping others? Our busy and dynamic physiotherapy clinic is looking for an Administrator to join our team! This is an in-person role that plays a key part in creating a welcoming environment for our clients and supporting our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in clients in a warm, professional manner
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Take payments and issue receipts
- Maintain and organize patient records and clinic documents
- Assist with billing and insurance forms as needed
- Ensure the front desk and waiting area are clean and organized
- Provide general administrative support to the clinical team
- Submit billings
- Assist with cleaning rooms and beds in between clients
- Assisting with laundry as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a medical or physiotherapy clinic is an asset, but not required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficient with computers and scheduling software
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to multitask
- A friendly, positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Must be available to work in-clinic during scheduled hours
