MY BC Trades is a growing online directory connecting homeowners and business owners across BC with trusted local trades and contractors. We’re building the go-to hub for trades — no more digging through outdated directories or word-of-mouth guesswork. We use AI and SEO-driven marketing to put our advertisers in front of the people actively searching for their services.
About the Role
We’re looking for driven, self-motivated sales professionals to help us grow our network of advertisers across BC. This is a field-and-phone hybrid role — you’ll be meeting business owners in person and cold calling to build relationships and sign up new clients.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Visiting trades and businesses in person to present our platform
- Cold calling and B2B outreach to generate new leads
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients
- Representing MY BC Trades professionally in the field and on the phone
What We’re Looking For
- Comfortable cold calling and handling rejection
- Self-motivated — able to manage your own schedule and pipeline
- Strong work ethic and drive to hit targets
- Sales experience is an asset, but not required — attitude matters more
- Background or familiarity with the construction/trades industry is a bonus
- Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply — Punjabi and Mandarin speakers wanted
