Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time Project Manager to join our team and oversee construction projects from planning through completion. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing project schedules, budgets, client communication, and overall project execution while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle from pre-construction planning to project close-out
- Develop and monitor project budgets, schedules, and cost tracking
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Oversee project execution to ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues and challenges
- Prepare project reports, contracts, change orders, and documentation
- Conduct site visits and maintain regular communication with project stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered efficiently while maintaining company and client expectations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction project management
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities
- Strong understanding of construction budgeting, scheduling, and cost control
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required
- Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset
