Soccer Field Recruiter / Youth Soccer Outreach Representative

About the Role
We are a new and growing soccer business focused on creating exciting training and development opportunities for young players. We are looking for an outgoing, energetic, and confident Soccer Field Recruiter to help us connect with parents and recruit children to join our programs.
This is not a desk job. You’ll be out in the community, visiting local soccer fields, parks, and youth sporting events to introduce parents and players to our soccer programs.
If you love soccer, enjoy talking to people, and are confident approaching new people, this could be a great opportunity.
What You’ll Do
- Visit local soccer fields, parks, and youth sporting events
- Approach parents and introduce them to our soccer programs
- Explain the benefits of our training and upcoming programs
- Collect contact information and generate leads
- Encourage parents to register their children for camps, training sessions, and events
- Build positive relationships with local soccer families and communities
- Represent our brand in a professional, energetic, and friendly manner
- Track leads and report daily/weekly recruitment results
What We’re Looking For
- Outgoing, friendly, and confident personality
- Comfortable approaching and starting conversations with new people
- Strong communication and people skills
- Passion or knowledge of soccer is a major asset
- Sales, customer service, promotions, or community outreach experience is an asset
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Reliable transportation is preferred
- Available evenings and weekends, when youth soccer activity is highest
