Responsibilities
- Work directly with principal offering day to day support.
- Assist in data entry and data collection for a variety of report types with speed and accuracy.
- Quote and set up new jobs
- Proof various types of reports with the utmost attention to detail
- Creating invoices, tracking payments and communicating with clients
- Digital Filing
- Other administrative duties as required.
You Bring
- Demonstrate knowledge and proficiency with computer data entry and retrieval, and modern office procedures.
- Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments based on volume and deadlines.
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information using tact in all communication, (in person, in writing, and over the phone).
- Attention to detail is critical for all aspects of this position.

Education and Experience:

- General real estate or legal experience (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Grande Prairie, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
