Job Description
Soul Beats Canada is seeking a passionate, energetic, and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to assist in planning and executing large-scale cultural events, live concerts, Navratri festivals, and entertainment productions across Canada and the USA.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage large-scale events including Garba nights, concerts, festivals, and private events
- Manage vendors, artists, sponsors, venue coordination, and event logistics
- Handle scheduling, permits, setup, production coordination, and event operations
- Assist with marketing, promotions, and ticketing platform coordination
- Manage social media marketing materials including posters, reels, creatives, and promotional content
- Oversee on-site event execution and team coordination
- Track event budgets, expenses, and reports
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in the large-scale event industry is mandatory
- Valid US Visa is required due to event travel purposes
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and flexible hours
- Experience with ticketing platforms such as AllEvents, Premier Tickets, or Ticketmaster is an asset
- Social media marketing and promotional experience preferred
- Passion for live entertainment, concerts, and cultural events
Work Environment
Please note that Soul Beats Canada does not operate from a fixed office location. Work is primarily conducted on-site at event venues and production locations based on project requirements.
