Paragon Auto Repair is a growing collision and automotive repair facility committed to delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Automotive Painter / Prepper to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare vehicles and parts for paint, including sanding, masking, priming, and surface preparation.
- Mix and match paint colors accurately.
- Apply primers, base coats, and clear coats using professional spray equipment.
- Inspect surfaces before and after painting to ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform minor bodywork and touch-ups as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and environmental regulations.
- Work closely with technicians and management to ensure timely completion of repairs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Automotive Painter, Prepper, or similar role.
- Knowledge of automotive paint systems, materials, and application techniques.
- Ability to color match and blend paint effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
- I-CAR, OEM, or other industry certifications are considered an asset.

Pay: $25.00-$34.18 per hour
