Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs in a friendly, professional manner
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process transactions accurately and quickly
- Handle cash, credit, and other payment methods with precision and integrity
- Conduct product demos and provide detailed information to customers about merchandise
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to promote products effectively
- Manage customer inquiries via phone or in-person with excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and product organization
- Support sales goals through proactive engagement and suggestive selling techniques
- Ensure a clean, welcoming store environment that adheres to organizational standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service roles; technical sales experience is a plus
- Multilingual or bilingual skills (English required) to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently during busy periods
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal interactions
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Familiarity with POS systems, merchandising, and upselling strategies
- Ability to work full-time hours with flexibility for shifts as needed
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining store presentation
