Green Acres Foundation is pleased to announce their participation in the Government of Canada's Summer Job Program.
This program is funded by the Government of Canada and offers temporary full-time positions to anyone 15-30 years of age living in the Lethbridge, Coaldale, and Picture Butte communities.
This is a temporary summer position with an anticipated end date of August 29, 2026.
Basic responsibilities of the position include:

Prepping and cooking for 50+ people per meal

Following the established menu plan

Maintaining a clean and well-organized kitchen.

Ordering food and kitchen inventory.

Liaising with residents by assisting with serving

Cleanup in the dining room as required.
Qualifications and Experience

Must meet eligibility requirements of the Canada Summer Jobs Program:

Be between 15 and 30 years of age

Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or a person to whom refugee protection has been granted

Have a valid Social Insurance Number and be legally entitled to work in Canada
