Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Lawn Care Worker / Grass Cutter to join our landscaping team. This role involves maintaining and beautifying outdoor spaces through various lawn and landscape maintenance tasks. Duties
- Mowing lawns and trimming grass using hand tools, power tools, and riding mowers
- Performing landscaping tasks including planting, pruning, and mulching
- Maintaining and repairing gardening tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment
- Assisting with construction-related tasks such as installing features or structures in outdoor spaces
- Conducting routine landscape maintenance to ensure healthy plant growth and visual appeal
- Ensuring safety protocols are followed during all operations and maintenance activities
- Performing general site cleanup and debris removal after projects are completed
Skills
- Experience with landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture preferred
- Mechanical knowledge related to operating and repairing gardening and construction equipment
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment such as excavators
- Strong understanding of lawn care techniques including mowing, trimming, fertilizing
- Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently
- Physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail for precise trimming, planting, and maintenance tasks
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
