Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistants to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily activities WHO CAN SPEAK MANDRAIN OR CANTONESE. Duties
- Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Help with mobility and transfer activities to ensure safety and comfort
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and preferences
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and organizing living spaces
- Monitor clients’ health status and report any concerns to healthcare professionals or family members
- Administer medication reminders as directed by healthcare providers
- Support clients in engaging in recreational activities and community outings when appropriate
Skills
- Compassionate with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and healthcare teams
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR (certification preferred but not required)
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings or weekends if needed
- Nice-to-have: Previous experience in personal care or healthcare settings; patience and adaptability; valid driver’s license for transportation assistance

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
