Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HVAC Technician to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across various commercial and industrial facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, extensive experience with service of heat pumps, rooftops units, MUA's, boilers, and install/repair, and be proficient in reading schematics and construction plans. This position offers an opportunity to work on complex HVAC projects, troubleshoot advanced systems, and contribute to the safety and comfort of our clients' environments.
Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in commercial and industrial settings
- Diagnose complex system issues using schematics and technical manuals
- Conduct tasks as needed for system repairs or upgrades
- Service boilers, mechanical components, and appliances related to HVAC systems
- Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and construction drawings to ensure proper installation and repairs
- Perform routine inspections to identify potential system failures or safety hazards
- Collaborate with construction teams during new installations or upgrades
- Maintain detailed records of work performed for compliance and future reference
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HVAC technician with a strong background in mechanical systems
- Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals accurately
- Prior experience working with construction teams or on large-scale projects is preferred
- Mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems, including troubleshooting advanced issues
- Mechanic experience with various equipment types is highly desirable
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant certifications or licenses in HVAC or related fields are preferred but not mandatory

Pay: $45.00-$65.00 per hour
