Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and order in our facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure that guest rooms, public areas, and other designated spaces are cleaned to the highest standards, providing a welcoming environment for all visitors. Experience in hospitality, hotel cleaning, or custodial work is preferred, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in cleaning and maintenance.
Duties
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to established standards
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish supplies such as towels and toiletries
- Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and dust surfaces to maintain a spotless environment
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals responsibly
- Maintain organized storage of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as needed
- Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality environments is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality of work
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques is a plus
