The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly driven, hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager to own and lead the full recruitment function across the organization. This is a unique opportunity to act as the sole recruiter, build scalable hiring processes, and play a key role in shaping our employer brand within the healthcare industry.
You will work closely with clinic leadership and management teams to attract top clinical talent, while establishing strong pipelines and long-term partnerships with educational institutions.
What You’ll Do
Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across all clinic and corporate roles
- Partner with leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
- Source, screen, interview, and manage candidates through the hiring process
- Oversee job postings, ATS management, interview scheduling, offers, and onboarding coordination
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles, especially Physiotherapists and clinicians
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every stage
University & Campus Recruitment
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and healthcare programs
- Lead campus recruitment initiatives, internships, and new graduate hiring
- Represent the organization at career fairs and industry events
- Develop long-term partnerships to support future hiring needs and brand visibility
Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing
- Strengthen the organization’s employer brand across multiple locations
- Develop and execute recruitment marketing strategies (job ads, social media, campaigns)
- Position the organization as an employer of choice within healthcare and physiotherapy
- Support development of career page content and recruitment materials
Recruitment Operations & Process Development
- Build and refine recruitment processes, SOPs, and hiring frameworks
- Standardize interview processes and best practices across clinics
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, trends)
- Ensure compliance with employment standards and healthcare hiring regulations
- Continuously improve recruitment efficiency and quality of hire
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare or medical environments
- Direct experience hiring Physiotherapists or regulated healthcare professionals
- Proven ability to operate as a sole recruiter and manage an entire recruitment function independently
- Strong expertise in sourcing, recruitment marketing, and candidate engagement strategies
- Experience building recruitment processes, SOPs, and scalable hiring practices
- Track record of building relationships with universities and external partners
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment analytics tools

Pay: $80,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
