Deliver technical instruction on aircraft maintenance, including airframe, powerplant, avionics, operations, and inspection.

Deliver Engine Ground Run (EGR) simulator training, as required.

Prepare and facilitate classroom and virtual training sessions in accordance with established procedures.

Develop and adapt training materials and instructional approaches to support diverse learning needs.

Develop and administer examinations and assessments aligned with regulatory requirements.

Maintain accurate records of student progress, certifications, and training outcomes.
-
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for technical training and courseware development across aircraft platforms.

Foster a supportive, inclusive, and safety-focused learning environment.

Minimum of 7 years of aviation maintenance experience.
-
At least 3 years of experience on assigned aircraft platforms.

Valid Transport Canada Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) license or equivalent certification.
-
Aircraft type ratings on Airbus and/or Boeing commercial aircraft (e.g., B777, B767, B787, A320, A220, A330).

Certification in instructional techniques, adult education, or equivalent training.

Strong knowledge of airframe and powerplant systems.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital learning tools.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability and willingness to travel globally.

Legal authorization to work in Canada.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Experience in education or adult learning environments.

Experience delivering Engine Ground Run (EGR) training.

College diploma in aircraft maintenance or a related field.

Knowledge of electrical and avionics systems.

Experience with aviation regulatory frameworks (e.g., Transport Canada, EASA).

Experience in courseware development or instructional design.

Our total rewards package includes base pay and benefits, with final compensation determined by experience, skill, location, and internal equity.
Salary Band: $91,000 to $113,700 CAD
