Overview
Redeemed Windows is seeking one full time, dedicated and detail-oriented technician to join our growing team. This is a year-round role: spring and summer are focused on window cleaning and soft washing for commercial and residential properties, while fall and winter shift to holiday lighting and permanent lighting installations. The ideal candidate will have experience in physical labour work, possess excellent time management skills, and demonstrate strong communication abilities to deliver exceptional customer service. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic, hands-on environment where attention to detail is key.
Responsibilities
Spring/Summer – Window Cleaning & Soft Washing
- Clean windows of various sizes using waterfed poles and squeegees
- Perform soft washing and pressure washing on siding, gutters, and exterior surfaces
- Operate tools and equipment necessary for reaching high or difficult areas safely
- Perform minor repairs or touch-ups related to window cleaning as needed
Fall/Winter – Lighting Installations
- Install and remove temporary holiday/Christmas lighting on residential and commercial properties
- Install permanent lighting systems, including running and securing wiring and fixtures
- Safely work at heights using ladders and lifts to complete lighting installs
- Troubleshoot basic lighting/electrical issues on-site as needed
Year-Round
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently while adhering to safety protocols
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of tools, supplies, and equipment
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to coordinate schedules and address specific job requirements
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes
- Assist with other related duties as assigned
Skills
- Prior experience in window cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, or lighting installation is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of safety procedures for working at heights or on ladders
- Basic comfort with wiring/electrical components for lighting installs (training provided)
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when transporting equipment or supplies
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Good physical stamina, including the ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in varying seasonal conditions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $5,000.00-$8,000.00 per month
