We are looking for not just a candidate, but someone passionate about hospitality and what it takes to provide an excellent culinary experience while also having a desire to learn, be coached, coach others, and inspire to grow their own skills.
The Saucier will be expected to:
- Take ownership of their station by maintaining accurate and up to date prep lists
- Accurately cook steaks to requested temperatures
- Manage station prep
- Execute event menus and regular service, sometimes simultaneously
- Contribute to seasonal menu changes
- Assist the Woodshed Line Cook when needed
Additional skills that will be beneficial to your success in the role: time management, interpersonal skills, problem solving, attention to detail, knowledge of basic home repair and maintenance.
Requirements: Valid food handling certificate, Reliable transportation, Minimum 2 years line cook experience

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
