As a Brewery Production Team Member, you will play a crucial role in assisting our brew team with various tasks involved in the production process. Your responsibilities will include packaging, palletizing, moving stuff, and supporting the team to ensure top-notch quality in every batch. This role is not just about manual labor; it's an opportunity to immerse yourself in the craft beer industry and culture. Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Package beer in cans and kegs, ensuring adherence to standard operating and safety procedures.
- Handle raw materials and assist with warehousing duties, including pallet movement, and lifting heavy loads. Support the loading of full kegs into delivery trucks, contributing to our timely beer shipments.
- Keep the production area spotless through daily cleaning and maintenance tasks. Collaborate with the brewer in the brewing production process.
- Maintain and clean all brewing equipment to ensure a safe and efficient production environment. Actively participate in Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QAQC) activities, including sensory and tasting signoffs.
- Other various warehouse and package activities, including mult-pack assembly and shrink wrapping.
Requirements:
- A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
- Capable of lifting up to 25 kg and moving loads up to 75 kg.
- Ability to perform repetitive and manual work during the workday.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods.
- Interest and passion for the Craft Beer Industry and Culture.
- Enthusiasm for making exceptional beer and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Experience or willingness to learn Google Suite.
