Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Aftercare Aesthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest services, skincare treatments, and aftercare advice in a welcoming environment. Bilingual skills in Korean and Chinese are preferred to better serve our diverse clientele. The position involves engaging with clients at the front desk, performing skincare procedures, and promoting retail products to enhance the overall guest experience.
Duties
- Deliver personalized aftercare skincare consultations and treatments tailored to individual client needs
- Assist guests with product demos, makeup application, and other aesthetic services such as eyelash extensions, nail care, or body waxing
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness throughout the treatment areas
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and ensuring a positive experience
- Promote retail sales through upselling skincare products and treatments effectively
- Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, check-in/check-out procedures, and guest communication
- Support guest services by creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring client satisfaction during their visit
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare routines and product usage
- Assist with maintaining inventory levels of skincare products and supplies
Requirements
- Proven experience or background in skincare, beauty treatments, or related fields such as body waxing, hair styling, eyelash extensions, or nail care
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
- Excellent sanitation practices to ensure a safe and hygienic environment
- Exceptional communication skills; bilingual abilities in Korean and Chinese are highly preferred
- Ability to perform retail sales and upselling techniques confidently
- Experience working at the front desk or in guest services is a plus
- Knowledge of makeup application and hospitality standards is desirable
- Passion for beauty, wellness, and providing outstanding guest experiences
- Ability to work well within a team in a fast-paced environment
